Levels, Ranks, & Points

To reward and recognise your coaching development, your active participation on the website, and your contribution to the Coaches Guild, we offer you points, a Coaching Guild Rank, and Coaching Level badges.

Points

Points are awarded for your actions and contribution to the website. This is one small way we can recognise how proactive you are when it comes to your development.

Points are awarded for the following actions.

Coaches Guild Ranks

Ranks are awarded based on how many points you have earned. The more points you earn the higher your Rank. Ranks are displayed throughout the website to identify how dedicated each Coaches Guild member is.

This allows you to know how knowledgeable each coach is, and gives more weight to the opinions and advice from higher-ranked members.

Coaching Levels

Coaching Levels are awarded after you complete a Coaches Guild online course. The higher the level course you complete, the higher your coaching level will be.

The Coaching Levels recognise how much knowledge you have obtained from the structured courses and can be used to showcase your professional development.

Coaching Levels are awarded as digital badges, so you can use your Coaching Level in coaching interviews, etc to stand out from the crowd and win that next coaching role.

IMPORTANT
To enable you to take your digital badges with you wherever you go and to share them on your social media accounts, including LinkedIn, you need to create and sync a Badgr account. You can do that by going to the “Membership” tab in your profile. Here you will find a form that will sync your Coaches Guild badges with your Badgr account, and also a link to Badgr.com where you can create a free account if you don’t have one already. We recommend doing this before completing any more courses.

Gold Membership Guarantee

If you are unsatisfied with the resources and support provided to you by Coaches Guild, we will refund you 110% of your latest membership fees. Note the following conditions apply:

  1. Request for a refund must be made in writing to admin@coachesguild.net
  2. Refunds will only be made for payments made within 12 months.
  3. Any discounts used since paying your membership fees will be deducted from your reimbursement. For example, if you purchased a product that was discounted by $20 because you were a Gold member, that $20 will be deducted from your refund, ie $39.99 x 110% – $20 = $23.99 refund.

Online Courses Guarantee

If you are not satisfied the online course has given you the knowledge to improve your coaching, we will refund you 110% of the course price. Note the following conditions apply:

  1. Request for a refund must be made in writing to admin@coachesguild.net
  2. Requests for a refund must be made within 45 days of initial enrolment into the course.

Performance Review Guarantee

If you are not satisfied the feedback provided to you in your performance review helps you improve your coaching performance, we will refund you 110% of the costs of your performance review. Note the following conditions apply:

  1. Request for a refund must be made in writing to admin@coachesguild.net
  2. Requests for a refund must be made within 30 days of receiving your performance report.

Mentoring Session Guarantee

If you are not satisfied the mentoring provided helps to improve your coaching performance, we will refund you 110% of the costs of your performance review. Note the following conditions apply:

  1. Request for a refund must be made in writing to admin@coachesguild.net
  2. Requests for a refund must be made within 30 days of your mentoring session.

Workshop Guarantee

If you are not satisfied our workshop helps to improve your coaching performance, we will refund you 110% of the costs of your performance review. Note the following conditions apply:

  1. Request for a refund must be made in writing to admin@coachesguild.net
  2. Requests for a refund must be made within 30 days of your workshop.

Assistant Coach Guarantee

If you are not satisfied my assistance helps you and your team perform to a higher level, we will refund you 110% of the costs of your assistant coach service. Note the following conditions apply:

  1. Request for a refund must be made in writing to admin@coachesguild.net
  2. Requests for a refund must be made within 60 days of hiring your assistant coach.
